As a child I grew up hearing this name.

I remember a humourous inter change with Tony Spaulding in Parliament during which Mr.
Spaulding refered to Princess as ” ugly “. She quickly replied , ” And you so pretty ”
Anyone remembering the times will appreciate that one . It is pleasnt to remember people for the humanity although sainthood and perfection are the ideal . Meanwhile I beleve the Creator himself laughed and thought “All my chidlren .” Both Tony and Princess .
“Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord, from
henceforth, that they may rest from their labor and, their works do follow them.”

I have always admired Princess Laws when she served our country and moreso when she served our church in various capacities.
I had the opportunity to to do community evangelism with her and traveled with her from St. Thomas to Kingston. My experience was one of shared joy and respect for her as a Christian and one woman to another. Rest well my sister. See you in the morning.
We are greatful for the time she spent with us and the sterling service she gave, both in public life and the church.
Rest well my sister. See you in the morning.
Let’s celebrate the life of a great worker in the cause of God. By any measure, Princess served well at any task she was assigned. Her calm and gentle spirit was her badge of honor, and not to forget that mischievous smile. Pastor Brown, Union Staff and family members, let’s plan by the grace of God to meet her in the morning.
