The Educational Foundation for Children’s Care Inc (EFCCI) dinner, held annually to raise much-needed funds for children at the Alta Vista Children’s Village in Four Paths, Clarendon, has been rescheduled for next month at The Knutsford Court Hotel in St Andrew.
The dinner, originally slated for October 2, was pushed back due to the threat from Hurricane Matthew and will now take place on Sunday, November 13, at 4 p.m.
Medical entrepreneur and health-tech professional Dr Kingsley R. Chin will be the guest speaker.
Chin, who was born in Buff Bay, Portland, has more that 20 years of health-care experience in building companies, managing funds and practising as a board-certified orthopaedic and spine surgeon. He is also the founder and CEO of KIC Venture Funds.
