NEJC Elects Executive Officers for New Quadrennium

Delegates to the 4th Quadrennial Session of the North East Jamaica Conference (NEJC) of Seventh-day Adventists continued the election of administrators on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, selecting leaders to serve in three key executive positions for the new quadrennium. Pastor Euzel Parkes was elected executive secretary, Mrs. Cecile Mills-Robinson was elected treasurer, and Pastor Uwayne Orr was elected vice president and ministerial secretary.

ROBINS BAY, St. Mary — Delegates to the 4th Quadrennial Session of the North East Jamaica Conference (NEJC) of Seventh-day Adventists continued the election of administrators on Monday, August 10, 2026, selecting leaders to serve in three key executive positions for the new quadrennium.

Pastor Euzel Parkes was elected executive secretary, Mrs. Cecile Mills-Robinson was elected treasurer, and Pastor Uwayne Orr was elected vice president and ministerial secretary.

The three join Pastor Danielo Daniels, who was re-elected president of the conference on Monday, August 10, during the first day of business at Camp Don in Robins Bay, St. Mary.

Daniels received 113 of the 131 votes cast in the presidential election, representing 86.2 per cent of the vote.

With the election of the executive officers completed, delegates will turn their attention to the selection of departmental directors who will serve the conference during the new four-year term.

The elections are among the major items of business being conducted during the quadrennial session, as delegates review the work of the conference over the previous four years and select leadership for the next administrative period.
